IPM Catering offer a 24hr call out service, 7 days a week, for a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment. When you place a call with our friendly service desk, it will be passed to the relevant department. Communication is a vital aspect of our service and you will always receive a call to assess and discuss an estimated response time.
Our engineers have the experience and training to offer technical advice - in addition to a reactive response. They attend regular manufacturer training to ensure that we remain up to date with the latest equipment. We carry a comprehensive van stock and utilise delivery services for specialist parts.
